- At the Cambie Street grounds in front of the Beatty Street Drill Hall. (Top) As a crowd watches in the foreground and background a company of what may be marines is just coming into view, left, as a company of Duke of Connaught's Own Rifles passes by, centre, and an unidentified band plays, right. In the distance is False Creek with the Great Northern Railway bridge and the Westminster or False Creek Bridge beyond(right). Between the two bridges is the City Market. (Bottom)As a crowd watches in the foreground and background the unidentified band and DCOR bugle band stand together and companies of Duke of Connaught's Own Rifles and marines(?) pass.
