The BC Commercial Travellers' Association War Dance and Carnival ran from May 2nd to 5th.
Ballots were counted on April 20th for Miss Vancouver, Queen of the Carnival. This was taken in March or April at the 40 block of West Pender.
This candidate is fourth runner-up Ethel Hollis Morris of Tod and Manning (holding the flowers).
