Size of building: 247,000 square feet as exhibition venue.
Circumference: 2,500 feet.
Maximum seating capacity: 60,000.
Roof raised November 1982. Roof consists of 250 teflon-coated fibreglass panels supported by 22 steel cables. Weighs 46 tonnes, covers 39,000 square metres (420,000 square feet).
Public art includes: triumphal arch designed by The Corner Group on Terry Fox Plaza.
